This is very strange... The stamp is on a map with the date 15.12.1943. How does that fit in with the dates posted above?
Also, what do the handwritten inscriptions on the map mean?

Thanks for that link. I never realised FPN were so complicated, with letters also being used in the code. So if I understand correctly, it was the FPN of:

Befehlshaber der Ordnungs-Polizei im Bereich des Militärbefehlshaber Frankreich KWU-Stelle Garches

So basicaly a kind of police or military central intelligence or command post? I guess they decided what maps should be used, and stamped them, and then sent them out to units?
Can anybody say exactely what the hand writting on the map is supposed to mean?

I'm not at home at the moment and don't know what KWU is off the top of my head but you're right, it's an Orpo office in Garches.
