Help wanted with names....again

Again I need some here

This time from SS-Rgt. "Der Führer", Stellenbesetzung 1.9.1940:

Btl. Kdr II. (name and rank) and III. Btl. (rank)

Btl. Kdr II. (name and rank) Obersturmbannführer Scholz, Edler von Rarancze
and III. Btl. (rank) : Haupsturmführer (StuBaf) Otto Kumm

Thx WARNACH, so Kumm became H'stubaf, that only leaves me with v. Scholz.

As you can see above the typed rank another (unreadable to me) is written, but they also changed the name, or so it does seem to me.

As of 01.01.41 SS-Stubaf. Harmel Heinz is listed.DF/II-
Could "Harmel" in german writing, with a little imagination, look like the name as shown?

Well, the problem is the list comes from thew KTB and page 1 mentions:

STELLENBESETZUNG DER SS - V. DIVISION

Stand: 1. september 1940.

So I'm pretty sure we're talking september '40.

However if I look at the KOMMANDO SS-V.-Division I see that the
O1 SS-O'stuf Grundt has been correct the same way to H'stuf Albert and the Ic became Kröger:
