Help: looking for info on a SS Unit

I recently found out that one of my relatives in 1944 were in a unit called SS-Wirtsch.Italien 59/44. What type of unit is that? My relative had previously been with a pioneer rgt. in the 3rd SS division, Totenkopf. Any info on SS-Wirtsch.Italien 59/44 would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
