T. Dombkowski, help with translation

Hi, I am doing some research for a friend of mine, his father, Thadeus Domkowski, served in the Kreigsmarine during WW2. There is a very limited amount of information available from the Deutsche Dienststelle. Can anybody help identify the ranks/units? He was awarded a Coastal Artillery badge and the EK2 in Italy.
