Can someone tell me wish panzer battalion or regiment used an skull in the visor caps ?? Thanks.

There were two skull (Totenkopf) variations. One skull more closely resembled the "typical" Panzer skull and was worn by the regimental staff, 1,2,4,5 and 11 squadrons of the 5th Cavalry Regt. and by all units of the 4th Cavalry Division except the 41st Cavalry Regt. (1944-45)
The other skull was a head on view more WW1 in appearance and was worn by the regimental staff I and II battalion headquarters, 1, 4, 13 and 14 companies of Infantrie Regt. 17. It was also worn by the 2 Abteilung and 4 squadron of Reiter Regt. 13. Also worn by all members of the 41st Cavalry Regt. from the 4th Cavalry Division.
