    Hi to all!
I am doing a research on a Luft-Feldpost letter sent from Harry Leitert felpost number 00287 B dated 25 August 1942.
The letter was sent to Freida Leitert - Fokestrasse 15 - Leipzig.
I have understand from the test that this man was going to be transfer to Charckov.
    This is very interesting .....
I would like if someone culd give me all info available on him....if they are availabe......

    Thanks a lot to all!!!

    Hello Luca,
the FPN 00287 B beloged on the 25. Aug. 42 to the 1. Kompanie Feldersatz-Bataillon 29. If you check out this Link, you will see, that this Unit "died" in Stalingrad. Did you also checked the name of the Soldier in the online database of the Deutsche Kriegsgräberfürsorge e.V.?
    Beste regards Germany,
    Siegbert

          Hi Luca,
after you filled out the form with you data you click on "Zur Ergebnisseite". Afer that the address of the Volksbund Deutscher Kriegsgräberfürsoge e.V. appears and then you click on "Suchanfrage ausführen". If the Soldier is registred, you will get a list of Soldiers that match with your data you filled out. If he isn't registred, he may survived the war, or he died and they couldn't find his grave until today.
          Best regards,
          Siegbert

          Edit: I was too late
