It looks like it is for Lt. d. R. (Der Reserve) Dontl or Duntl with an umlaut over the vowel. Date appears to be June 1937.

That could be an "a" for "Däntl" as well but I cannot tell? Whatever it is it has an Umlaut. I found no matches on the War Graves website for any of the three names that would match.
