Trying to decipher what I believe to be a FP # in the liner of a helmet...does 23021 correspond to anything?

Hi,
well, this Link says, that this unit served in during the Invasion of Poland and in 1940 in the west. Also 1941 in Northrussia and then in 1945 in Courland.
