I'm wondering if some one can help me translate English into Polish. I'm writing a letter to try and get a copy of my grand fathers birth record. He is from a town in what use to be Lower Silesia and is now Poland. The place where I'm writing the letter to, only accepts letters written in Polish. So if any one would be willing to translate the letter for me it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
