Who to contact about a Feldpost Number

Howdy folks I've got a German map case that belonged to a SS Rottf.Frite F.P 03194. How to I go about or who can I contact to research this soldier?

Fp number 03194 belonged to the 1 kp. Feldzeug Btl.4 later renamed 3 Kp. Nachschub Btl. 812. An ordnance\supply battalion of the army.

(15.9.1940-31.1.1941) 1. Kompanie Feldzeug-Bataillon 4,
(7.11.1944-Kriegsende) 15.12.1944 3. Kompanie Nachschub-Bataillon 812.

Ok here's a few photos of the map case with the persons info on it.. Find it wierd that it's an SS Rottfuher but the info is Army.
Maybe I'm reading it wrong.

Well as this unit was attached to Heeresgruppe B at army group level during the Ardennes offensive period there were a lot of W-SS formations under it. I wouldn't exclude the possibility of some W-SS personnel working with Heer units in the rear-echelons.
