on page 51 of this list you will find the same type of German unit "Marine-Nachrichten-Offizier...." in Italia for San Remo, Genua and La Spezia.

It means the Naval Communications Officer stationed in Venedig (Venice).

I have a couple of Soldbücher to this unit somewhere.
