Does anyone have the names of the staff officers in KEA 17 when the unit was formed in 1939 and beyond. I have looked at Lexicon and Tessin and the Bamberg Reiter book by Krageneck. The is one commander listed on lexicon he does not match. Thanks

Are you sure on the rank for Rubsam? He was a Oberst with a DOR of 1.7.41. His XO might be the guy we are looking for.

I believe the ranks are what they held when appointed CO of the unit. I do not have my other references to hand at the moment..........
