Feldpost on helmet

Hello,
I have this helmet with a very nicely name and Feldpost and was wondering If anybody could help me to locate the unit and location. As the helmet is a US veteran bring back It has most probably been picked up between France to Germany from 1944 to 1945... Would love to try to know more.

32140D belonged to 7 Kp. Sicherungs Regiment 1, part of the 325 Sicherungs Division in the greater Paris area
