Naval commanders

I'm drawing complete blanks trying to find information on these - grateful if anyone can provide names for the following:

1) Oberbefehlshaber der Marine Gruppe Süd, Admiral (in Sofia, 1 September 1941).

2) II. Admiral d. Nordsee (Schiffsstammdivision), Konteradmiral (in Wilhelmshaven, 2 October 1936). And what's a "II. Admiral"?

3) Kommandeur i.V., 6. Ersatz-Marineartillerieabteilung, Kapitänleutnant (in Wilhelmshaven, 25 November 1939).


Also, does anyone know what the abbreviation St.=R.=Nr. N. means? It comes between the recipient's rank/name and unit on an award citation and is filled in as being 368/27 S.

It's easier if you post scans of the signatures... I have all the admirals biographies, but they are alphabetical, not arranged by commands, which would involve reading through ALL of them.

1. Marineoberkommando Süd:
Admiral Karlgeorg Schuster: 30 Jun 1941 - Dec 1941
Generaladmiral Wilhelm Marschall: Dec 1941 - March 1942
Admiral Karlgeorg Schuster: March 1942 - 21 March 1943

2. II Admiral d. Nordsee:
Vizeadmiral Hans-Herbert Stobwasser: 25 Sep 1935-30 Sep 1937

Haven't a clue. Since Scribbleberg thoughtlessly neglected to include his arm of service and status, can't find anybody who would appear remotely likely to have been deputy commander of a shore artillery unit like this.

I don't think he turned into a Famous Uboat Commander!
