    did Pionier Regiment 77 exist?

    I picked up a pair of pionier officer boards with "77" on each. I have searched around feldgrau.com and google for info on this regiment and came up empty.

    Was there a Pionier Regiment 77 and if so, does anybody have a history?

    you've got pionier sonderstab 77 a late war regimental staff controlling pionier units in the Netherlands and festungs bau bataillon 77, a 6 kompanie fortress construction unit operating in the West. On a small scale you also have gesteinsbohr kompanie 77, an independent rock drilling unit.
    Collecting German award documents, other paperwork and photos relating to Norway and Finland.
