Research on German Generals

Hello all,
I have in my collection a very nice tunic named to Gen Lt. Emil Zellner.
I have some preliminary info on him, units served in etc.
The tunic has 2 snap fastener studs on the undersides of the collar, so he got a neck order of some kind, it's not a RK, maybe a KVK or foreign award as he commanded an Infanterie Division which fought in Croatia against Tito's partisans.
Tunic also has several loops on the breast pocket, maybe he got the Anti-Partisan badge????
So what I am looking for is more detailed info on him like medal awards etc. and a photos.
Any help would be appreciated.

Zellner was Austrian, not German, so unfortunately not in any reference I've got between the wars.
