Officer Search Need a name for my bar

I have a medal bar that needs a name to go with it. This is WWII except for the silesian eagle and fire service for Rheinland-Pfaltz. It says :Fuer Verdienste im Brandschutz

The medals include:

EK2
silesian eagle
east front medal
18 years wehrmacht
12 year service
Fire service medal Rheinland-Pfalz

Non Medal Bar Medals:
EK1
WWI Wound Badge silver
Sport Badge (Unsure of of class)
Post War 25 year fire service in silver
Post War 35 year fire service in gold
Neck order of the merit cross
Fuer besonderes mutiges verhalten
Unidentified cased cross with coat of arms on the box and the medal

That is an impossible combination to trace. Only IMPERIAL decorations show up on Rank Lists between the wars--last published in 1932!

Wehrmacht 18 with 12 is also impossible-- do you mean 18 and 4 or 12 and 4?
