Help with Luft soldiers ID book. Has his pic, name etc. Rank?

Hey guys
Im usualy over on the helmet forum, but Im wondering if you research types would get me started on this project. Ive just purchased a grouping that includes a nice DD Luft helmet named to Bruckhaus (I think), and it includes his ID book. Is it called a soldbuch? Anyway, what info is found in one of these, and when I get it can someone help me translate it? These are the only pics. I have so far, as it is still in transit.

All I can tell you is that he's a Regierungsbaurat (administrative construction official = Major) and probably with Stab/Luftgaukdo. XI Hamburg-Blankenese). So he wasn't military. He was a uniformed civilian employee of the Luftwaffe. Similar to a U.S. Department of the Air Force civilian, only wearing a uniform.
