help with translation

Trying to figure out what this is. I have translated it to say
"The condition to-done is the will and the courage to" but I cant tranlate the last word.

Die Voraussetzung zurtat ist der wille und der mut zur wahrhaftigkeit

Hi mate,

i have exactly the same plaque!!!

the translation reads

"The prerequisite of action is the will and the courage to be truthful/ honest"

I have mine framed with an SS RZM on the back. I will post pictures of it soon for reference.
