Checked all DALs, reference books, other primary lists and my own data base of 25,000 Luftwaffe officers, and no Otto KIRCHNER. All I found was:

KIRCHER, Otto. 01.01.44 promo to Hptm.

Therefore, you will have to contact BA-MA Freiburg and try to convince them that you are his long-lost grandson. If they suspect you are a collector, they won't give you zip.
