36th Infantry Div. KIA Soldier History??

Hi All:

I am researching my grandfathers cousin who was KIA in 1944. His name was Charles D. Coley from Bacon county Georgia. I am not sure of his Regiment, BN,
Plt....All that I do know is he was in the 36th Infantry Div. and was awarded a Silver Star. Any help would be much appreciated.
