Does anyone have any info on the Sturmgeschutz Ersatz-und Ausbildungs Abteiling 300? How would it have operated? Did it serve as a training unit for other units to which men were posted from it?
What equipment would it have used in 1944?
It was based in Luschtienitz-any idea where that is?
And lastly-what became of it at wars end?

It was a depot training and replacement unit. As for place names, you'll find it using google.
