Hello everyone

Been away for a few days on some personal business. Tomorrow I plan on going back over the list and doing some major updates. I appreciate everyones input, and mourn the loss of so many others.

WAF member Gran Sasso reported in another post that Ernst Barkmann is also in failing health.

It is sad to think how many are passing in these days.

Yeah very sad Andrew and must have happened quickly i have met Herr Hess a few times and he was a really nice guy.

As was Dr Gutmacher the OdR Vorsitzender , last time i met him i took some great photos of him and my good friend Georg Bose , Dr Gutmacher had just presented me with my OdR Membership !!

Must admit all the RKT's i've met have all been very friendly , helpful and very welcoming.

As promised, I have done a major update on the list. I want to first extend my sincere thanks to all those who have contributed, both through their posts as well as those behind the scenes. All the contributions have been greatly appreciated.

Please feel free to review the list and let me know if I have omitted anyone who is still living, or if I have unfortunately listed someone who has passed away.

I am working from a number of resources and have gotten conflicting information in some instances. I have opted to err on the good side of the ledger sheet.

Paul - Yes, he wrote me at the beginning of the month, although the airmail didn't get here till two weeks. So I was too tied up to respond back before my trip. He passed away before I returned home.

It is a sad reminder to all of us how quickly time is passing us all by.

Don't feel bad, I think I found another who passed away. Can anyone confirm that Richard Rudolf (SS) passed away ?

Oh boy, just goes to show how hard it is to try and keep track of all of this.
