Help ID two unit officers ?

Hello, can anyone put a name to these two men. Both images come from two new photos in my collection, the top man is a highly decorated panzer member of the Gross Deutchland Division and the second photo is a commanding officer of the 207 Infantry Division, which became a secuity division in Russia later in the war.
Any help finding out who these men are would be great.

Do you have a rough year for the bottom photo?

If it's 1942 or earlier i think it's going to be Karl von Tiedemann

If you search the AH forum and look at the general in Holland (at least one copy was auctioned on Ebay.de with Holland written on the back) and that the same was offered through a kovolut and in the second pic of the kovolut he was clearly wearing a Johanniter -- then Tiedeman as Kmdr of 93 Div in Holland would be a perfect fit to the tiny pic Hans Houterman had.

The general here, Atomicmisfit seems to posted it everywhere, was the next commander of 207 Sich Div, Bogislav v Schwerin
