(12.7.1941-26.1.1942) Polizei-Nachschub-Kolonne z.b.V.,
(25.1.1943-31.7.1943) Kommando des Polizei-Nachschub-Dienstes.

(According to Ian's notes in the Soldbuch forum pinned thread about FP numbers the "E" suffix E = 4 Kompanie. )
