    Help locating WW-2 casualties.

    Hi All

    I have recently purchased a German Memorial tablet and would like to know how I go about finding anything out about the two men commemorated on it. Not sure if there is a German equivalent of the CWGC online? My main area of interest is WW-1 so please excuse my ignorance if I'm asking a really obvious question! Their details are....

    GEFR KROPP JOS 22/2/43 R

    STG KROPP PETER 19/11/44 A

    The inscription reads DER HEIMAT ZUR WEHR DEM HELDEN ZUR EHR

        Ade and SurvingPanzer, thanks very much for your help. I managed to find the date of births of the men and also I believe one is buried in Skutari. Not a great deal, but a good start. Thanks
