Ah, that's better. I read it as 6./Eis.Pi.Rgt.68 or 6 kompanie Eisenbahn pionier regiment 68. A railroad construction unit
Collecting German award documents, other paperwork and photos relating to Norway and Finland.

                I don't think that's Rgt. 66. I think it is 6.Kp. of:

                Eisenbahn-Pionier-Rgt. 68
Formed 10.11.1938 in Rehagen (II. Sperenberg)/Wehrkreis III. On mobilization (26.8.1939), it was brought up to full strength with three battalions for railway and heavy bridge construction duties. On 1.4.1940 it was renamed Eisenbahn-Pionier-Rgt. 3, except for III Battalion which became I./Eisb.Pion.Rgt. 1.
                TO&E: I. (1-4), II. (5-8), III. (9-11).
                Subordination: Heerestruppe (GHQ Troops).

                [Source: Tessin, Bd. 5, p.282].

Accordingly, the only campaign it could have taken part in would have been the Polish Campaign in September 1939, but that is not to say that it did.
