Not a unit but an airfield.
It is mentioned here in a unit history:

Cheers, Ade.

In the German publication
Ries/Dierich, "Fliegerhorste und Einsatzhäfen der Luftwaffe"
is a short description of Breslau-Gandau a/f :
"Breslau-Gandau/Schles., 5Km WNW Stadt; Verkehrslandeplatz, 1932
Zollflughafen I. Ordnung;
Mitbenutzung als Industrieflughafender der Firma Junkers.
(5107 30 N - 1658 40 O)"
They even give a map of the a/f.

Breslau-Gandau (GER) (5 km WNW of Breslau/Silesia in SE Germany)
Commercial landing field; 1932 designated a customs airport of the 1st Order; shared with the Junkers aviation firm which used in as an industrial airfield. Had a Luftwaffe airfield administrative command (Fliegerhorstkommandantur A Breslau-Gandau) that grew in size over the course of the war but never received a number, or at least no evidence has been found that it did. Horstkommandanten:
Maj. Paul Kästner ( ? - ? ) 4/41
Hptm. Schlitt ( ? - ? ) 6/41
Oberst Wolfgang Wehl ( ? - 24 Aug 43)
At Breslau-Gandau:
Auffanglager d.Lw. Breslau-Gandau: 01.43
I have done a comprehensive search of my files and books and come to the conclusion that there was very little Luftwaffe activity at Breslau-Gandau. The airfield virtually belonged to Junkers. I can find no evidence that there was even any Flak there until the second half of 1944. By far, the main Luftwaffe airfield there was Breslau-Schöngarten.
