Nachrichten Signals-which Division?

I am thinking in to buy this Signals Officer Tunic.
As you can see it belonged to the 45th Regiment, or abteilung???
Which was the Infantry Division who belonged this Regiment? 21 st Inf Div?

According to Tessin, the only Nachr. units with the number "45" were:

Korps-Nachrichten-Abt. 45: belonged to V. Armeekorps (West, France, Central Russia, South Russia, Caucasia, Crimea; destroyed in Crimea May 1944);

Feld-Nachrichten-Kdtr. 45: Formed 24.3.41 and serviced in North Russia until disbanded on 1.12.1941.
