    4 Flaklehr Regiment

Does anyone have some info on 4 Flaklehr Regiment? I need a few details to make a caption for a document dated Dec 9, 1943 and signed by Odebrecht.
    Thanks!

      4. Battr./Flak-Lehr-Rgt., along with the rest of I./Flak-Lehr-Rgt., was in and around Vitebsk from November 1943 through February 1944 under Flak-Rgt. 6/10. Flak-Brig., and was in support of Pz.AOK 3. There had been some small- and medium scale defensive and offensive fighting in the Pz.AOK 3 sector in the vicinity of Nevel and Gorodok from 28-30 November, but the first 10 days of December were relatively quiet in the Vitebsk area. Two towns or villages mentioned in connection with I./Flak-Lehr-Rgt. during December are Dobrika and Slichevo, but you would need a wartime German Army map to locate then. Since Belarus (Belorussia) broke away from the old USSR in the early 1990's, the place names have all changed and it is nearly impossible to find these places on present-day maps.
