    KC holder Froedrich Friedmann, informations?

    I mean "Friedrich Friedmann"

    Does anybody has more informations from him, like when and where he was born, his carrer other medal awards?

    Ritterkreuz 13.02.1943
    Died 21.08.1943 by Kubyschewo in Russia from his wounds

    Born-Arnstorf Bavaria 20/2/1899
    Killed 21/8/43 in East dying of wound due to shelling
    1917-Lt in the Bavarian Infantry,on 31/8/1922 left the military
    as a Leutnant. On rejoining the military promoted to Hptm 1/4/1934
    By 1938-was on the staff of 11/100th Mtn Jager Regt
    On 15/8/1940-made Hptm and Cmdr of II/100th Mtn Regt
    1941-Promoted to Obstlt late entry and on 26/2/1942 was Cmdr
    of 144th Mtn Jager Regt and believe was put forward for the German
    Cross in Silver but not in the recipients list.
    16/3/1942 Staff /144THMtn Jager Regt late entry as Cmdr( a bit confusing.
    Promoted Oberst 1/1/1943(2)-Awards WW1-IC 2nd Class/IC 1st Class
    WW2-IC 2nd Class 20/10/1939-IC 1st Class 2/6/1940.
