Does anyone have any information about the transitory travels and determining the final POW camp of the prize crew from the captured merchant ship: KETTY BRØVIG?
I do know ATLANTIS placed crewmen aboard as a prize crew.
They were captured on 04 Mar 1941 as KETTY BRØVIG was scuttled under the guns of HMAS CANBERRA and HMNZS LEANDER.
The Prize crew was taken aboard HMAS CANBERRA and arrived Port Louis, Mauritius 8 Mar 1941 and handed over to Allied military authorities.
Where did they go from there? Any thoughts or advice on how to track it down?
Trying to put all the pieces together and ANY assistance, help, or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
