648 Art. Regiment?

I did a search in the lexicon on the 648 Art. Regiment.
But I couldn't find anything relating to this regiment.

A tunic for sale in the e-stand (http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...=1#post1854061)
has although the number 648 on its shoulderboards.
This is the number of its regiment, no?
Or did I make a mistake?

Can someone help me?
I'm maybe interested in this tunic, if it played a part in the Ardennes offensive.

in german order of battle 1944 by arms and armor press
648 was a motorised abteilung disbanded late 1940

But when the regiment was disbanded in late 1940, how can those shoulderboards than appear on a M1943 jacket?
