identification of an officer : DKG and Ehrenblattspange

Hello to all,
I try to identify the officer of the Heer in the center of the photo. It is about a Major holder of the DKG and of the Ehrenblattspange des Heeres.
The photo was taken in the Andrijevica's / Berane sector (Montenegro) during the operation "Draufgänger" in July, 1944. The other people (Waffen - SS) belong to the division "Skanderbeg".
The unities of the Heer present in the sector belong mainly : Pz. AOK 2 , 297. Inf. Div., 181. Inf. Div.
