Good evening:

Does anyone have any info on a Satbsfeldwebel Heinrich Rothemeier, who was presented with a Luftwaffe Honor Goblet on 26.11.42? Any info, or help would be greatly appreciated.

He was a Beobachter (observer = navigator), but his unit is not given.

It's pretty difficult to find personal and career information on Luftwaffe NCOs and enlisted personnel unless they got the Ritterkreuz. You will have to e-mail or write WASt in Berlin for information on him. The Bundesarchiv-Zentralnachweissstelle in Kornelimünster bei Aachen has multiple personnel card sets (Kartei) on all air crew personnel, including NCOs and enlisted. This material is currently being transferred to the Bundesarchiv-Militärarchiv in Freiburg, or so I am told. So you might try these organizations, too.
