This General needs a NAME!

I would really like to ID this General! Any help?

I diddled with the pic a little. I hope I made it clearer...I know his face is shaded, but I am completely confident that there is enough features there and talent here to get a positive identification!

It looks like a PAB just under the binoculars - Panzer Division Commander?

Hi MARK,had a different look on this General
I would say it looks very much like Vollrath Lubbe
Generalleutnant he has the right Decorations but
will pm Freiherr to have a loooksee.
