Feldpost numbers in LW M40 SD helmet

Hallo guys!
Can someone (Ian ) decipher this feldpost number handwritten on a LW M40 SD helmet?

before the 5 numbers there is a trace of a letter.... maybe e "L" or "C"...I can't read it

There are also other 3 numbers:
992
I belive this is the roll number of the soldier.
However I am not 100% sure of the numbers.
