I have checked the Fuhrerliste by John P Moore and you seem to have all the information on there.

He is in the 38 Liste, but I would be interested what is in the 41 Dienstalterliste.

I have checked 'The Key' and Hartmann is only listed as being in the 1938 Dienstaltersliste on page 447.

I have that officer list and so if you have not got access to a copy then let me know.

... my mistake, there is no 41 Liste. After 38 it was coming up the 42 Liste. With KIA41 I just can show up in the 38 List.
