Feldpost nr on german helmet

Can anobody help me locate this Nr?
I know its a Krigsmarine helmet from Ostsee,but would br greatful for help with unit history etc
I think the nr is O.17819 42K ?

It's not an FP nr. it's the man's service number.

Collecting German award documents, other paperwork and photos relating to Norway and Finland.
