Gotthard Heinrici's Book

According to sources, Heinrici compiled a book called:

Morals and behaviour here are like those in the Thirty Years’ War: The First Year of the German-Soviet War as Shown in the Papers of Gnl. Gotthard Heinrici.

After finishing Antony Beevor's Berlin: The downfall, I would love to see if any copies are available, the usual amazon and wintersonnenwende sources don't even think it exists... However, it has been listed in some bibliographies....

Are you sure he compiled it himself ? (Because in my opinion the title doesn't sound like it.)

If it wasn't compiled by Heinrici himself you book might be a translation of the german Johannes Hürter: Ein deutscher General an der Ostfront Die Briefe und Tagebücher des Gotthard Heinrici 1941/42 (2001).

I didn't read the book itself, but only a recension. However, the tone and content of the review would definitely fit the title you gave.
