Help Needed with Unit Mark in Helmet Liner

No idea what the W.T.D stands for though

W.Tr.D. was the legitimate official abbreviation for Wassertransportdienst. How that applies or relates to Rüstungsinspektion X (Hamburg) I don't know. However, it is possible that it may refer to the movement of war production matériel by barge along the Elbe and other rivers in the Wehrkreis X area. A Rüstungsinspektion (Armament Inspection) coordinated and inspected war production within each of the Wehrkreise. The Wehrmacht also controlled and safeguarded this river traffic carrying the war matériel - both raw materials and manufactured output - and the W.Tr.D. was responsible for this. Zenetti and Zennetti were names relatively common in Austria, as were other names of Italian origin. In fact, there was a Generalleutnant of the Luftwaffe by the name of Emil Zenetti who at one time commanded a Luftgau (the Luftwaffe's equivalent of a Wehrkreis).
