Or could be Or Hilbebrand( his rank was Oberstleutnant). Looking for possible information of the officer above. I have an officers belt and tunic with this name faintly of the back of the belt. Not sure if the both go together but perhaps info on his name could confirm this. An guidance or info would be appreciated.
