Did the 1.SS-Panzer-Division Leibstandarte Adolf Hitler, have a nebelwerfer section attach to it? I have read of a "werfer abteilung" attached the Panzer Division from 1942. Jacques

ArtRgt. of LAH received a battery of Nebelwerfen in January 1943 , before they had none !

According to Lehmann's divisional history the artillerie regiment of LAH already had a werfer batterie added to it in March 1942. Formed at Sennelager under an Obersturmführer Bartels.Collecting German award documents, other paperwork and photos relating to Norway and Finland.Comment
