Lower silesia hierarchy

I am looking for information on "who did what and where" in Lower Silesia (the Breslau area, Karl Hanke's Gau).
Ideally I need some sort of hierarchical tree indicating who was in charge of each city and also of the subcamps of the Gross-Rosen concentration camp.

Any ideas where I could find such information?

it's the largest historical library in France.
they have numerous books on the german organisation under III Reich.

I'm actually looking for the military hierarchy. Basically I'm trying to find out who was in charge of the industries in Hirshberg (Jelenia Gora) and who those people were responding to.
I suppose I can get elements of answer to this question through the local hierarchy?
