    Stalingrad MIA

    Hello Everyone,

I hope someone can help me out here.

I bought a small documentslot of an Oberfunker of the 4. Komp. Panzer Korps Nachrichten Abteilung 448.

He was MIA on the 19th of November 1943 at the town Pesjanaji, 45 km south of Serafinowitsch in the near of the Don river.

I am not sure, but from what I reserarched on the internet it is about 100 km from Stalingrad.

Can someone confirm where this place is, and if he realy was fighting/MIA in the "aerea" Stalingrad or some other battle.

He is still today MIA, which I researched on the Kriegsgraberbund.

I would be happy on any information about this unit and this aerea.
