Looks like Karl Ullrich.

I believe it to be August Diekmann from the "Wiking" Div

Yeah, I had Diekmann in mind, too, but check the ears.

Here's a more detailed scan...the photo itself is from an album related to the service of the man seated closest to the photographer, in SS Standarte 1 'Deutschland'...that information may help.
