J.E.RGT 125 info needed

Hi All

I have an original M35 double decal Heer Helmet that was found in normandy years ago and inside the liner there is a stamp where the soldier belonged to J.ERZ regiment 125.i believe this was part of the 21th panzer division in normandy but can anyone help me with info about this uni?

Infanterie Ersatz Regiment 125 controlled a number of infantry replacement battalions in wehrkreis XII, on the 5.12.1940 it was renamed Infanterie Ersatz Regiment 342.
