Try "Last Victory in Russia" by George Nipe. It is about the SS Panzer Corps during the Febuary-March 1943 battles for Kharkov. It is not just the Das Reich Division but includes information about the 1st and 3rd SS Panzer Divisions as well as the Heer formations that fought in the battle.
