I encountered a Segelflugbuch today that has the following Fieldpostnumber in it : L 24647 , the period for this one is 09.1943 and im pretty sure the unit was to be found in France at that time.

Could anyone advice me for wich unit this number stands ?

The unit is 4. Staff. K.G.z.b.V.2. Maybe someone else can give more detail regarding this unit. Hope this helps.
