    Oberst i.G.Torsten Christ was born on 3 February 1906 in Munich.
    Awarded the Deutsche Kreuz in Gold on 27 May 1942.
    Awarded the Ritterkreuz on 27 October 1942.
    Promoted to Oberst i.G. on 1 March 1943.
